<description>This the first Blog i have visited. a buddy said i would enjoy your adventure. I am recent to farm life. We now reside on some acres in Rock Hill, Sc. We have horses and last fall got some Devon cows as well as red angus, a charolais,a hereford. We plan to grass feed them. I am also raising chickens. all time high got 27 yesterday. :) I sell some of them to my tennis buddies from charlotte but really eat most of them. I also am raising bees. Just lost a hive a couple of weeks ago. too much cold weather. I will enjoy hearing about your activities. I hope i learn how to grow something. last year tomatoes were a bust. I think i dont know when to pick yet. grew beans but again I think i let them go to long. my new creed pick them small and early. More tender?
Again i look forward to hearing about your endeavors. Maybe i will produce enough of something to add to the local produce market. :)
