6-8 green peppers 1-2 hot peppers Couple cloves of garlic 1-2 tablespoons lemon juice 2-3 tablespoons olive oil salt and pepper to taste.
Roast, peel, and seed the green peppers. Seed the hot peppers and rough chop the garlic. Throw it all in a food processor with the lemon juice and blend and slowly pour in the olive oil. You can add parsley, cilantro, basil, pine nuts, etc. but I kept it simple.
Good on one side of a tomato sandwich (Duke’s mayonnaise on the other side of course)
Jenifer used it Sunday night on some grilled Underwood Family Farms pork chops and on the tomatoes she stuck on the grill. Very tasty.
